Learning sources outside the classroom
The Company has a policy to make the organization to become a source of learning about electrical engineering, by exposing students to working processes at the workplace. In 2013, there were 399 students from nine educational institutions who visited the Company to see the transformer production process and the system for quality, environmental and safety management. For example, the educational institutions included the King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, the King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Kasetsart University, Don Bosco University, Surat Thani, and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
