On 13 November 2025, Tirathai Public Company Limited (TRT), represented by Mr. Sumpan Vongphan, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), represented by Associate Professor Dr. Sommai Pivsa-Art, President of RMUTT, signed a Memorandum of Academic and Research Cooperation.

The collaboration focuses on high-voltage transformers, smart grid systems, energy storage systems, and the development of bio-based transformer oil insulation.

The signing ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sorapong Pawasupree, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, along with university executives, faculty members of the Faculty of Engineering, and executives from Tirathai Public Company Limited.

The event took place at Ratchaphruek Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering, RMUTT.
